오타(b.1981)는 인천대학교 미술학부 서양화과를 졸업 후 10여 년간 모션그래픽 스튜디오의 아트디렉터로 활동했다. 2022년부터 본격적인 창작활동을 하고 있으며 다양한 색채의 현대적 인물들에 회화적 물성을 접목한 감각적인 회화세계를 구축하고 있다. 다수의 전시로 활동 중이며 서울 트라아트, 컬렉터 제로원 등에서 개인전을 가졌으며 2023년에는 롯데 아트페어 부산, 어반브레이크 등 국내 페어 뿐 아니라 스페인 UVNT 아트페어, 파리 Cohlegallry 그룹전 등 해외에서도 왕성한 활동을 이어나가고 있다.
